This course is designed to give students a basic knowlegde of the language. After mastering the Russian Cyrillic alphabet students are introduced to the fundamental language skills of reading, writing, listening and speaking. After completing the course, students should become familiar with Russian Cyrillic alphabet, be able to conduct a simple conversation in which they answer questions about themselves, their homes and their families.
