The front office is the hub of the accommodation enterprises' communications and operations systems and usually the first point of contact for a hotel guest. This course discusses policies and procedures that address the department's critical role of serving guests, coordinating employee communcation and utilizing technology to benefit guests, staff and owners. It involves the study of the functions, procedures, and organization of the front office department by simulating real practical applications.
