Criminal Law-II is the second part of the two-part course on basic criminal law. This part will build upon the fundamentals of criminal law covered in the first part and focus on specific categories of crimes such as sexual offences. The final element of this part of the course will be on defences available in general and specific to certain crimes as well as the difference between a complete and a partial defence and what does it mean for specific crimes.  This part will also provide an introduction to criminal procedure and the flow of the criminal trial process.
