Through this course, students will learn how to develop a clear and meaningful understanding of food 
and beverage management theory, functions and practices;  students will understand and practice how 
to the role and value of strategic human resource management in the success of modern organizations;
 students will apply food and beverage management concepts and skills across a variety of contexts, 
situations and incidents and students will be able to learn to do feasibility studies, they will learn 
what to pay attention to the establishment and selection of businesses providing food and 
beverage services, calculating investment costs of businesses providing food and beverage 
services, financing of businesses, profitability accounts of businesses, and the organizational 
structure of their businesses.
