The aim of this course is to inform the students about the definition, content and development of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation and its structure in the country and abroad; to give information about undergraduate and graduate education in the field of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation, current regulations, professional practices and teamwork; to evaluate the duties and responsibilities of the physiotherapist, ethical values and communication. The course will help new beginners in physiotherapy and rehabilitation undergraduate education to learn about the sub-branches of the field. Cardiopulmonary, orthopedic, neurological, pediatric, sports rehabilitation as well as major areas such as geriatric rehabilitation will allow the recognition of specialized areas. The course will be given theoretically, with various video-supported visuals.
