This course aims to develop theoretical and empirical background of the students about the political, cultural,economic and security affairs of the countries which are members of the Euro-Mediterranean Partnership. Thus and so the project of Euro-Mediterranean Partnership will be analyzed within the framework of both traditional and critical theories by referring to the three constitutive phases (security and political cooperation, economic cooperation and cultural dialogue) as well as by assessing certain case studies.
