This course covers the basic principles, theories and their applications of colours. Colour theory create a logical structure for colour. There are three basic categories of colour theory: The colour wheel, colour harmony, and the context of how colours are used. The student develops working skills with thinking and information of colour design for a variety of visual effects. This course involves the development of colour perception, expression, and application in traditional and digital imagery, using two-dimensional formats through a series of problem-solving exercises and projects.
