The aim of the course is to provide understanding the objectives and goals of the paediatric rehabilitation; teaching the evaluation methods and according to this, planning and implementation of physiotherapy rehabilitation program in paediatrics. Functional disability causes in the paediatric group of patients, the physiotherapy assessment and application of rehabilitation programs in cerebral palsy and muscular dystrophy in children, the physiotherapy assessment and application of rehabilitation programs in torticollis, at-risk infants and mental motor retardation, the physiotherapy assessment and application of rehabilitation programs in child term respiratory and cardiac disease specific physiotherapy and rehabilitation programs, communication with patients and their families, being able to give information to patients and their families about physiotherapy take place in the scope of this course.

The aim of this course is to introduce yoga, to give information about philosophy, teach application technique, understand yoga in terms of different disease groups, teach breathing and relaxation techniques and explain practices in different diseases. The student learns yoga philosophy; understand the contribution of yoga practices to personality development; knows and applies the content of a yoga session; understand the importance of providing body integrity according to yoga; know how to adapt and apply the disease to different disease groups; learn the clinical responses and application methods of the dog in different clinical situations, associate with physiotherapy; learn group management and method during yoga practice; has an idea about the therapeutic effect of yoga.

The aim of this course is to provide understanding of physiotherapy in orthopedic rehabilitation, prosthetics and orthotics and biomechanics applications, neurological rehabilitation, cardiopulmonary rehabilitation, the basics about painful situations in musculoskeletal system; improving the physiotherapy and rehabilitation program planning and application skills in different treatment units. Development practical skills in different physiotherapy fields, practical applications in different clinics (physical medicine and rehabilitation, orthopedics, neurology-neurosurgery, sports medicine, etc.), communication with patients and their families, providing information to patients and their families about physiotherapy take place in the scope of this course. After 6 weeks intensive program, evaluation of the course will be done by the evaluation forms filled in by the trainee supervisor in addition to students’ patient assessment reports. Students gain clinical problem solving skills with a holistic perspective.

The aim of this course is to provide the student with the knowledge of planning and conducting research in the field of health, choosing appropriate statistical methods for the data obtained and interpreting the results, using the necessary statistical package program, and learning the appropriate report writing method.
The aim of this course is to provide
understanding of planning, execution research in the field of health, selection
of appropriate statistical methods and interpretation of results according to
obtained data, having the ability to use the necessary statistical package,
proper report writing method, footnote and citation adopted as well as
scientific research ethics rules. Project Implementation I is the pre-condition
of Project Implementation II. In this course, collection the data of the study
that hypothesized, interpreting the results based on appropriate statistical
methods and preparation a report evaluating the superiority or similarity of
the study at the basis of current literature. Study is delivered for the
evaluation of the course according to poster spelling rules.
