HEALTH CARE ORGANIZATIONS MANAGEMENT

In this course, fundamental concepts of management and explanations of management functions in relation with healthcare institutions especially with hospitals will be given and discussed with the students. In this context, distinctive features (characteristics) of hospitals, comparative assessment of management process between hospitals and production industry, types and classification of hospitals, hospital statistics, management techniques in hospitals will be explained and will be given detailed information about sections of hospitals.
