This course provides insights of the field of organization and management. It will examine culture and diversity, personal values, perception and attribution and motivation and engagement. Furthermore, stress management, creativity and innovation will also be discussed. Effective communication and conflict management methods will be introduced and evaluated. This course will also introduce students to the contemporary leadership techniques to asses and evaluate the companies.
