The course exposes students to advanced behavioural science theories and applications related to the hospitality industry. In this course, students will learn and understand the importance of soft" management interventions, topics will include work motivation, work attitudes, newcomer socialization, "natural" and nominal work teams, leadership, decision making, and management of change in the hospitality industry.
