Objective of the Course:

It is aimed that students have knowledge about the
concept of quality management in healthcare, definitions of quality, historical
development of quality studies in healthcare and international practices, quality
standards in health and patient-employee safety.

The learning outcome related with the implementation : They are expected to solve different problems by using their knowledge about the concept of quality management in health, definitions of quality, historical development of quality studies in health and international practices, quality standards in health and patient-employee safety.
