The purpose of the Institution and Hospital Internship application is to ensure that dietitian candidates see cases related to the diseases they have learned in their 3rd year vocational courses and accompany the clinical dietitian in medical nutrition treatment. Applications are carried out in the form of programmed rotations in all adult and pediatric clinics and each student makes a case presentation to the internship managers specific to the clinic where they do their internship and to their advisors when necessary. In addition, students are required to prepare a comprehensive report covering the steps they will follow and the working methods of the institutions where they do their internship, in order to gain practical knowledge and skills throughout a semester, of the health institutions and organizations where they do their internship, mainly hospitals, and all medical and administrative units, business functions and applications.
