This experiential course explores the principles and practices of body awareness to foster a deeper connection between mind and body. Through movement, breathwork, mindfulness, and somatic techniques, participants will develop the ability to sense, interpret, and respond to internal bodily cues with greater clarity and intention. Emphasis is placed on cultivating presence, improving posture and alignment, reducing stress, and enhancing physical and emotional well-being.
