Dersin amacı endodontide vaka seçimi ve tedavi planlamasını, acil endodontik tedavileri, kök kanal tedavisi sonrası yapılan restorasyonları, yenilenen kök kanal tedavilerini, devital diş ağartmalarını, endodontik cerrahi, geriatrik ve rejeneratif endodonti konularını öğretmektir. Endodontik tedavi planlamasını etkileyen tıbbi durumlar ve profilaksi rejimi, endodontik tedavide başarı, başarısızlık ve yenilenen kök kanal tedavileri, rejeneratif endodontinin tanımı, uygulama alanları, endodontik cerrahi endikasyon ve kontrendikasyonlarıni içerir. Dent417 Endodonti II dersinden sorumlu öğrenci vaka seçimi ve tedavi planlamasını, acil endodontik tedavileri, kök kanal tedavisi sonrası yapılan restorasyonları ve yenilenen kök kanal tedavilerini tanımlar. Aynı zamanda öğrenci devital diş ağartmalarını, endodontik cerrahiyi, geriatrik ve rejeneratif endodonti konularını, mikrocerrahi gibi gelişmiş endodontik uygulamaları bilir. Postoperatif ilaç tedavisini, ağrı kontrolünü, hyperaljiyi, dental travmatik yaralanmaları açıklar.

The aim of the course is to teach case selection and treatment planning in endodontics, emergency endodontic treatments, restorations after root canal treatment, regenerative root canal treatments, devital tooth bleaching, endodontic surgery, geriatric and regenerative endodontics and advanced endodontic issues (endodontic retreatment, geriatric endodontics, endodontic microsurgery, perio-endo relationship). Students will be able to define case selection and treatment planning, emergency endodontic treatments, restorations after root canal treatment and regenerative root canal treatments. Students will also learn geriatric and regenerative endodontics and advanced endodontic issues such as endodontic microsurgery, perio-endo relationship, identify postoperatif medication, endodontic pain management, hyperalgesia, and dental traumatic injuries.

Dersin amacı pedodontide kullanılan materyaller, süt dişlerinde pulpa tedavileri, koruyucu ortodontik tedaviler, travma sonucu diş kırıklarının tedavisi, çocuklarda eklem problemleri hakkında bilgi sahibi olunmasıdır.

The course focuses on skeletal features of Class I, II, III malocclusions, complications of orthodontic treatments, the relationship between orthodontic treatment and normal occlusion characteristics, anatomical and functional occlusion criteria and temporomandibular joint, treatment methods for dental and skeletal features of Class I, II, III malocclusions and effect mechanism and types of fixed, removable, functional, extraoral, intraoral, expansion and retention appliances, methods of orthodontic diagnosis, treatment of dentofacial deformities and the differences of the orthodontic treatment between adult and children/adolescents, complications that may occur during orthodontic treatment and the measures to be taken for the prevention of complications, orthognathic treatment ,cleft lip and pale, RPE and retention treatment, impacted teeth and transposition, lack of lateral tooth, adult orthodontics, obstructive sleep disorder, and treatment.

Dental photography is an innovative, safe and easy to use method to document the results after a completed dental procedure. It is a method that can be used for multiple purposes including promotion, education, and documentation of achieved results.

Bu derste çürüğün önlenmesinde koruyucu tedaviler, hamilelikte ağız ve diş sağlığı hakkında bilgi verilecektir. Topluma ağız ve diş sağlığı kazandırmak ve ağız sağlığını korumadaki yöntemler hakkında anlatılacaktır. Ayrıca çocukluk döneminde diş sağlığının ve alışkanlıkların kazanılmasının önemine yer verilecektir. 

This course provides a comprehensive overview of marketing principles and strategies based on Kotler’s Marketing Management. Students will explore key concepts such as market segmentation, consumer behavior, branding, pricing, and digital marketing, with a focus on strategic decision-making in dynamic market environments.

The general aim of the course is to give students a chance to create web based projects by combining their design abilities and computer experience. Objective of the course is to give a general idea about the unlimited potential of the Internet and to let them create projects within their own time limits as well as an idea about how to effectively and efficiently advertise and market their web spaces. Students will be expected to learn basic elements of web design, improve their creativity by exploring themselves as web designers, search for their own style, write project proposals.

This course aims to provide students with insights on how to design an advertising campaign, integrating knowledge they have acquired in previous advertising-related courses. First, by developing an actual advertising campaign from scratch, students will experience how all the functional areas of advertising (research, media, creative thinking) work together in the process of creating an advertising plan. Students will design creative works (e.g., preparing a message for ads, writing scripts, a hard copy layout for print ads), and make decisions on media placement. Secondly, students will be responsible for developing a public relations campaign proposal from inception to completion, synthesizing the information they have learned earlier in the program.
