A course that teaches the gross anatomy of structures in the head and neck region including: The facial skeleton, calvaria and cervical vertebrae, scalp and its layers, muscles of facial expression, facial layers of the head and neck and triangles of the head and neck, the orbital cavity and its contents: ocular and extraocular muscles, eyeballs and its movements, the oral cavity and its contents, nasal cavity and its boundaries and content, external ear, auditory canal contents of the middle and inner ear, the parotid, submandibular and sublingual glands, infratemporal and temporal fossae, Pharynx and Larynx, Blood supply to the head and neck region.

This course continues in the study of the anatomy of the head and neck, studying the organs of the ear, central and peripheral nervous system and the autonomic nervous system, cranial nerves I-XII and the blood supply and innervation of the head and neck region
The learning objectives of this class are all related with the details of Head and Neck region Human Anatomy including blood supply, nerve innervation and nearby other soft tissue. It is expected that the knowledge student learns will apply in her/his daily practices.
